For instance it is no good replacing a working mothers 6 seater with a mini or a Hackney carriage driver’s cab with a saloon vehicle, we will always aim to get you back on the road in a like for like replacement as soon as possible.

If you have been involved in a non fault vehicle accident, you do not have to claim through your own insurance to recover any loss or compensation for injuries and related claims. Routing these claims through your own insurance company may result in the loss of your No Claims Bonus and Insurance Excess. Your accident history (held on the MIB database) may be affected and inevitably lead to higher premiums.

You are legally entitled to the service we provide. The cost of replacement vehicles and any repairs to your car are recovered from the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident.
